Description
Birds like pigeons like to foul off leading edges of buildings and that includes gutters. To protect gutters from this we need to spike them in such a way that the birds can’t roost or nest in the gutters, but we maintain a through-flow of water. To do this we use clips that lift the base of the spikes off the u-bend of the gutter but site the spikes themselves in the gutter. There are two main types, one for what we call ‘half-round’ style gutters and the other style for what are called K-Style or Ogee gutters.
